      Please reach out if you cannot find an answer to your questions. 

      Charters have a three hour minimum. Weekday (Monday-Thursday) Charters are $200.00 an hour. Weekend (Friday-Sunday) Charters are $275.00 per hour. Holidays/Special Events pricing will be confirmed upon availability. 

      Yes, we do! We can confirm times and availability with you for longer charters. 

      Upon booking a captains list will be provided to you in the Rental Agreement. The list will entail the preferred captains with their names and phone numbers to contact for availability.

      If you wish to provide a different captain, please get in touch with Chicago Yachting in order to ensure that your Captain is approved well in advance of your charter date, which will require a “check out” trip to the boat.

      One person from your party will be the point of contact. That will be the person who books and funds the rental, and we communicate with. This person will sign the Rental Agreement and be provided the Captains List. Each party will sign a Waiver of Liability at the time of the charter. 

      Legally, the vessel can hold 12 people. For comfortability, 10 people is recommended depending on different factors. Need more room? Let us know and we can tie up with one of our sister boats for a larger party! 

      Yes. The deposit $300.00 is due at the time of booking.All deposits will be refunded within 24 hours of your scheduled charter, as long as there isn’t a need for incidental expenses such as, excessive cleaning or misuse of plumbing. The deposit can be sent via Zelle or Chase Quick Pay to KnotOnCallCruisesLLC@gmail.com. If paying by credit card a Stripe invoice can be sent. Please be advised, credit card transaction will have a transaction fee included. 

      Any cancellation must be completed prior to 14 calendar days for the deposit will be returned.

      The deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm your departure date and time of charter. Full payment must be sent prior to 14 calendar days of your reservation. Failure of payment will result in the forfeit of your reservation and deposit.

      If you are booking a charter within 14 calendar days, then full payment and deposit will be due at the time of booking. 

      Yes, food and drinks are allowed on board, including alcohol. 

      No! Those are all included with your charter at no extra cost. 

      We accept all major forms of payment for your convenience. Most clients prefer Zelle as it helps avoid transaction fees. However, we also offer credit card and bank transfer options via Stripe. Please note that a transaction fee will apply when using Stripe.
